Shampoo directions: apply shampoo on your hands, rub with both hands and apply on wet scalp, gently massage, rinse and reapply if necesary for deep cleanse.
Treatment directions: as pre-shampoo, on dry hair apply from middle length to ends, leave in for 10 minutes, then proceed with shampoo. As conditioner, apply after shampoo apply from middle to ends for 5 minutes and rinse with cool water.
